Same Day Shipping
Most orders placed before 4 PM EST will ship the same day.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, at our discretion.

Standard Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Exceptions may apply. UPS does not deliver packages on weekends. USPS may deliver on Saturday.

Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is available for most products at an additional charge. If you are interested in Next Day Delivery you must place your order via telephone.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 states, as well as US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
Sorry, we do not ship internationally.

Split Shipments
Orders containing products from multiple manufacturers may be shipped separately. There may be other instances where this may occur as well.

P.O. Boxes
UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. You must provide us with a physical address for delivery.

Heat Sensitive and Perishable Items
If needed, orders containing heat sensitive products may be shipped with ice packs at no additional cost. It is normal for ice packs to melt in transit, but this will not affect the integrity of the product. Heat sensitive and perishable products are usually shipped Monday through Wednesday only. Both heat sensitive and perishable items are not eligible for returns. For more information, view our Return Policy. A symbol will be displayed in your shopping cart indicating any heat sensitive or perishable items.

Backorders
We do our best to stay on top of our inventory, but occasionally backorders may occur. In this case, we will notify you of the situation via email and/or phone and ship out any backordered items as soon as they become available.

Tracking Information
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email. Once your package ships, you will receive another email with a link to track your order. If your order is sent in more than one shipment, you may receive more than one tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number, feel free to Contact Us.
