Arthroben medical food for the management of osteoarthritis is a delicious solution for inflammation that helps to repair connective tissue and improve joint mobility. As a “medical food,” Arthroben is regulated by the FDA. This means that Designs for Health has conducted scientific experiments to prove its benefits. There are three different flavors of this product: green apple, lemon lime, and unflavored.

Arthroben is considered an extremely safe alternative to other osteoarthritis treatments. Flavocoxid is made from a variety of flavonoids and is a key ingredient for anti-inflammatory effects. There are virtually no side effects observed in clinical trials of flavocoxid. Collagen Peptides like Fortigel and Verisol are also critical ingredients. They are formed from the hydrolysis of type 1 collagen. This formula is designed to supercharge the anabolic process. In 16 clinical trials, Fortigel was found to have positive effects among 2800 human subjects that were part of the experiment.

In further studies, Arthroben was found to be as effective as Naproxen in the management of knee arthritis. It accomplishes this without all the negative side effects that are associated with taking Naproxen.

Joint Care has evolved from pain killers like ibuprofen, but now you can fix the problem at the source and give your joints the proper tools to repair themselves.

Benefits Of Arthroben

  • Reduces inflammation by balancing inhibition of COX-1, COX-2 and 5-LOX
  • Anti-oxidant properties
  • Better joint mobility
  • Provides nutritional tools for building cartilage, ligaments and skin
  • Prevents wrinkle formation
  • Promotes skin regeneration
  • Very safe, even for patients on Warfarin (little or no effect on prothrombin times)

Arthroben is NOT an NSAID

NSAID causes many dangerous side effects:

  • Gastrointestinal complaints – nausea, heartburn, dyspepsia, abdominal pain
  • Bleeding ulcers
  • Kidney damage
  • Cardiovascular events (MI, stroke)
  • Congestive heart failure
  • NSAIDs responsible for ≈19% of hospital admissions with congestive heart failure
  • Approximately 107,000 patients are hospitalized annually for NSAID-related GI complications
  • At least 16,500 NSAID-related deaths occur each year among arthritis patients alone
